Do I need to register for an account before I can place my order?
Yes, you will need to register for a Shopify account before placing your order. Please create an account to ensure a fast and smooth ordering process. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your account is registered.
Can I use my Live Nation member account to login for purchase?
No, you cannot. Live Nation member account is not a Shopify account and does not allow you to make purchase on this store. You will need to register for a new account for this store.
Can I make changes to my orders after I have placed my orders?
Changes are not allowed once orders have been placed and payment has been processed. If you wish to add more items, you need to make a new purchase.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
After payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
How do I know when my items will be sent out?
An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once your order is sent out.

What are the payment options available?
